"While this stay lacks in the polished stays of a fancy resort it makes up ten-fold in charm and personality. This was the coziest most wonderful stay we've had on our trip yet and we'll definitely be back. "The hotel is fantastic. The spa/bath is top shelf and included with your room. Rooms are a bit small but well appointed. The checkin was a headache because the Expedia reservation was not readily available. It took staff four tries to finally pull it from the system. The self checkin scans your passport and I suspect the middle name is not shared from Expedia so no match is found. We finally found the reservation by leaving out the middle name via a manual entry."

"There were too many restrictions and rules and regulations. There is a huge language barrier, you had to be out of the room by 2pm deadline to clean, you could only use the pool from 3pm - 9pm. I was not allowed to see the pool unless I was going to use it. It's goes on an on. They only had one restaurant and it was not good at all. I would not stay there again"
