"The most important thing to note is the limited hours of the front desk (10am to 6pm in the summer). This is an issue if you might arrive late or want to leave your bags in the morning after checking out. The hotel is absolutely serious about wanting you to contact them before you arrive to confirm your arrival time although the email they sent to me had no return email address. "Cute and simple bed and breakfast. To improve: - Mattress quality was really mediocre, way too soft, same with the pillows. Difficult to sleep well after a day of skiing. - The younger woman at the reception desk was unfriendly and made it difficult to use the steam bath saying it was full when it wasn't. "

"Check in is at 1530. I arrived at 1515 and was made to wait despite the room being available and the chubby gentleman at the front desk just talking with the young lady he was mentoring in the few minutes until 1530. In fact, everything about this hotel was excellent except the interactions with the chubby gentleman from reception. That fellow is a liability to the property. The other staff are friendly, engaging and helpful."
