"This was our first trip to Zermatt and I picked this hotel based on reviews. We traveled as a family with 2 adults and 2 young adults, age 20 and 15. We were very pleased. We had 2 rooms. Very clean and nice views. Housekeeping was A+. Concierge was very helpful. Breakfast buffet was awesome.
