Only slightly disappointed when trying to book the boat trip to Murano, were told they could only facilitate if enough people wanted to go that day due to the cost being too expensive. We weren’t too bothered about going, but would have been good to know that when we checked in to plan accordingly. Other than that, faultless experience and would stay again!"
