Hyatt House Chicago West Loop
Came in with several families. Pool had amazing views. Rooms worked perfectly. And the bar/lobby area was nice for hanging out. Very walkable to many restaurants or coffee shops. Will definitely stay again.

Congress Plaza Hotel
This hotel is rich in history and you can see it really was a gem in it’s day however we found the staff to be a little on the rude/brisk side of things and not super helpful. the hotel unfortunately needs some repairs that have been neglected like one elevator broke and never was repaired in the ...
