"Although the accommodations were nice, the lady at the front desk checkout was very very rude. No, she’s sympathetic to the current conditions. Also, the key card that was assigned did not work end up getting locked out after hours and had to wait for someone else to come in."

The Wi-Fi is supposed to be included in the hotel's rates, which you have to pay for separately. They also charge you for everything, and they don't charge you for a single transaction, but for a few transactions at a time. It's in a good location, but honestly, you pay a lot, and they still try to charge you for everything."
