This very nice small boutique hotel was amazing. Nice staff, very clean, comfortable and modern. I was provided with basically everything I needed and didn’t need. Good amenities as well and even got a discount voucher for every day for food and beverage at their coffee shop. The only problem was that the connection of the wifi was very slow and it disconnected itself. Also, note that this hotel is next to a busy main road, the street noise can disturb you. Other than that, my experience was good.

The property is really cute. The decor is modern and clean. The treats and coffee/tea bar are a great amenity. The hotel is located in a great area, close to nice cafes, restaurants and street food. It’s easily accessible when arranging excursions. And, walkable to all the highlighted sites to see.

We stayed in the peony bunk room with our three young children. The kids loved the bunk beds and there was so much space. The double showers and toilets were very useful. The couch was a little well-loved, but comfortable. The staff was very kind, and the bakery downstairs was excellent. We had very good coffee and breakfast the morning we left. The street outside should be finished with construction soon - then it will be ideal for walking directly into the old town. We would stay here again!

Great place to base yourself in Chaing Mai

Great value for money, in a convenient location. Great cafe downstairs. Reception staff are very helpful. Rooms a spacious and clean with good AC and good bathroom.

Modern with warm design elements, very clean and wonderful staff. Rooms are spacious with big windows inviting a lot of light. TV only had thai channels but everyone gets their news on their phones anyway. Bed was comfortable and shower pressure was great. Really nice bathroom products too. The area is across from the Chiang Mai Gate Night Market and directly behind is Wat Phan Waen Thai Massage School and you can easily walk into all the attractions. The Sunday Baker cafe has really good breakfast/brunch items. Their croissant was so airy and buttery. Easily one of my favorite stays near the Old City as many places in the Old City are "Old". I would definitely stay again.

I stayed at Lanna Bonita Boutique Hotel in Chiang Mai and unfortunately had a very distressing experience. Late at night, I lost my room key and found myself locked out. Despite multiple attempts to contact the hotel via phone and Facebook, no staff responded. I waited outside for hours, and with no one available to assist, I had no choice but to sleep on the street. The hotel’s lack of emergency support or 24-hour staff presence was deeply disappointing and unsafe. I understand that mistakes happen, but guests should never be left without help in such vulnerable situations. I hope the hotel improves its late-night support and communication so others don’t go through what I did.

前台的小姐毫無熱情，只想敷衍了事，完全沒有受接待的感覺。 房間的動線設計都不合理，廁所的門極度難開。 更扯的是上鋪的把手旁邊緊貼著牆壁，手指完全摳不進去無法施力，上下床非常困難，半夜要起個夜都徹底清醒了。 睡在上面的空間狹小，吹不到冷氣，小孩睡了一晚全身滿臉都是疹子。 到處貼著Do Not blablabla 的標語，彷彿入住的是學校宿舍面對的是校管老師，出來遊玩回到酒店要處處小心翼翼不然就會被罰錢的感覺。 撇開以上，地點不錯，走路可到清邁門市集，整體裝潢風格也算新。 但古城有太多太多充滿人情味更值得入住的飯店，這間從此不會再見👋。

房間光線相當充足明亮，床罩潔白乾淨，浴室乾濕分離，浴室水龍頭及蓮蓬頭都是復古銅系列，相當有質感。KALM Village離旅館很近，可安排半日遊看手工創作，喝咖啡用餐，閒坐放空好輕鬆的地方。
