The property was a little tricky to find the actual address is on the opposite side of the street off the main road.
Upon my arrival I was checked in and escorted through the property to the other side of the street where my room is located. There is no doubt I had the best room, but unfortunately my stay was very unpleasant. My Ray-Ban meta glasses were stolen from my room. I left them charging while I did some exploring and when I came back they were gone. I had been traveling with my glasses throughout Mexico visiting five other states and my meta glasses were my go to for taking pictures, recording, and everyday use like reading texts sending text and asking questions. When I asked to speak to the owners the manager George refuse to give me the phone number or email address. He assured me that no one in the property from the staff would have taken anything that does not belong to them. I am very meticulous about my items and very detailed on where I place my glasses these are not your typical sunglasses so I was taking care of them with Extreme Caution. It's sad that these were stolen from me and the property manager insist that no one in his team took my glasses. I told him your team is the only one who knew I was staying in the room and they are the only ones with access. It's a shame to take away this impression he did nothing to fix the situation even after I asked him for the owners information six different times.
