Nice and very relaxing atmosphere, boutique hotel with confortable rooms. They have few staff but all of them are hardworking and very nice. The food at the restaurant is very good, with a homemade feel.

Most beautiful and peaceful atmosphere.gorgeous water front on the lake with swings and kayaks included Very friendly staff. Breakfast included was delicious and well served portions with great coffee. Fruit, yogurt with granola, eggs served to order, toast with butter and strawberry preserve. This is paradise and will return again. 5 min ride to train Maya Station. 8 min ride to the town parks center, lots of restaurants and the taxi drivers all seemed very honest and did not over charge.

So we are very experienced Mexico travelers. Everything from Hotels to rentals. When we arrived we were warmly greeted and shown different rooms. The Hotel concierge was amazing. She was polite and welcoming getting us in the rooms quickly as we were two couples. The grounds were beautiful, maintained, rooms were clean, and great beds. Had a great time. We did have to wake up staff to get in the Hotel when coming back after midnight. We booked the rooms for us and a another couple. I do not speak Spanish very well but my friend does. When checking out he spoke Spanish and all was ok. With me and my wife the Male concierge told me we left a dirty pillow and need to pay $200 pesos. We refused and my wife showed the maid it is just make up and washes off. They agreed and we left. 6 hours later we were notified that they charged us $1300 pesos to replace a sheet, a pillow case and a towel. There were no stains on anything at all. They would not answer our calls or messages. THIS WAS IN EVERY WAY DELIBERATE THEFT AND TARGATED AT NON SPANISH SPEAKING GUESTS MADE US FEEL HORIBLE. It is unfortunate that actions of certain staff can ruin a great time and a great location would never go back

We felt like we stepped directly into paradise from the first moment we set foot at Mi Kasa Tu Kasa. The grounds, nature, and lagoon of course were breathtaking and Mi Kasa Tu Kasa was the perfect place to enjoy it from. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. We enjoyed the restaurant and generous complementary breakfast. The free kayaks and paddle boards were our favorite! Would definitely recommend to a family member or friend for a family or couples getaway.

We came with high expectations due to feedbacks from guests, got a little disappointed with the room, missing a table with chairs and place to put luggage, we had to leave all in the ground, they mentioned the bed is queen size but it is actually Matrimonial size 1.40m wide. Hotel staff very courteous and helpful, communication by WhatsApp with person running the hotel really helps, it is away from town so need a car or arrange taxi for any transportation to downtown. Nice deck to lagoon and breakfast simple but also good. The lagoon is realy nice and it worths the visit.

I loved everything about this small hotel, the gardens, the service, the lake views, comfortable room, the breakfast was good and included in the price, you also have free access to paddle board and kayaks. I will definitely come back!!

A Gem on Lake Bacalar!

Mi Kasa is a secret gem on the shores of Lake Bacalar. The rooms are lovely, the grounds well maintained and the lake is spectacular. Would definitely return!
