"Parking was very simple and we could leave the car there until 2pm the day of checkout. Very friendly on reception. The room was clean apart from the skirting boards which were very dusty. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice."

"Stayed here on a Thursday overnighter with my hubby, it doesn't look much from outside, but step inside and what a little gem! This place has just 3 rooms, ours was immaculate and I'm sure it was a higher standard than your average pub hotel. The decor was really nice, bed was super comfy, tea & coffee making facilities, and the bathroom was very nice and a decent size with a good electric shower. We had a delicious full cooked breakfast made for us the following morning. Free parking nearby (...

"Room was clean, staff were friendly, breakfast buffet was good."

"great ground floor rooms for people disabled or with dogs"

An easy walk to the city centre & a 30 minute walk to the race course. The owners were really friendly & helpful with car parking. I would definitely recommend this guest house if you want a quiet comfortable stay close to all amenities."
