"We stayed in apartment 5 which is separate to the hotel but only a few minutes walk away. We were able to park outside the apartment in our own space (you need to turn into the apartment and go under the arch to find it) and on checkout they let us stay parked there until 3pm which gave us an extra 3 hrs to explore Chester. "What stood out was everything from the minute we arrived. Spotless hotel, friendly staff everywhere, from the gym to the kitchen. Breakfast gluten free options, was everything except the croisant, which was a refeshing change for a coeliac. Enjoyed use of the pool & spa & cant wait to come back again. "
