The only thing I wish they changed would be the shampoo and conditioner they provide are still the little one time use. "We had some trouble initially with check in with a staff member who seemed quite overwhelmed and didn’t seem to know what he was doing. Opted to return a few hours later when a new staff member was on and everything went smoothly. The place is more like a small condo than a hotel room. Very well appointed and comfortable"
