"Drakesbad was such an enjoyable stay! The free meals in their dining hall were an amazing perk especially since thereโ€™s nothing nearby and the food was INCREDIBLE! The staff were all very friendly and hospitable too. But be aware that the ranch is about 1.5 hours from the entrance of Lassen, which was a surprise for us. Otherwise, highly recommend! The rooms are no frills but it works for what you need."
