"We stayed at the hotel one night because our flight was leaving early the next day. It is easy to walk to the shuttle at the terminal 3. We did not have a meal but sat at the bar for a glass of wine and a beer. That was relaxing. We did not have the breakfast."

"Favourite Disney hotel … mainly because it wasn’t really Disney but Marvel which my Spider-Man obsessed son loved. The staff absolutely made it worth the premium. Stayed in an empire state room & were treated like celebrities. Nothing was too much trouble & the room was maintained daily, lovely amenities. The private breakfast dining room was so much nicer & calmer than the heaving main dining hall. Also complimentary afternoon tea was a great touch Spider-Man meet and greet was worth booking … my son loved it Customer service in the park & village was hit & miss but the hotel made the trip so much more enjoyable"

"Breakfast is the worst part of this property- don’t spend the extra money to buy breakfast. Parking is minimal but we never had an issue finding parking. About a 10 min drive to Disney. They should consider having a Disney shuttle to and from the hotel. Pool is basic but ok. Rooms are a bit run down. We paid a lot of money for a suite and it was alright but felt overpriced for what it was. All in all, I would stay here again but I’d call it a middle of the road hotel which is likely why it’s a 3 star hotel."

"Rooms were large and spacious. Laundry was in room which was amazing. Kitchen was more than adequate. We happened to go during the heat wave and there was no air conditioning (which is technically my fault as I thought it said it had it). They gave us a small fan. The nights were pretty unbearable but that is not due to the place itself. The location was nice, safe and friendly. There were plenty of other families present. It is a loud area and you could hear all the neighbors including the TV at 0200 next door. Far from public transportation so plan on taxis or long walks, which may be difficult which small children. It was a good place to stay, but I wouldn't recommend in the summer. During cool temperatures this place is probably nearly perfect."
