"The room was covered in a thick layer of nicotine and smelled like a 80s pub. The beds are the cheapest you could find at ikea. This is what we found out after paying an extra security deposit over the costs of hotels.com. (false advertising). and after 2 days the water heater stopped. No more hot water. After repair request we got an description on how to get it working instead of a repair. The towels have not been changed once during our 11 days stay. And the rooms are extremely thin...

"The apartment was okay. Conveniently located for us to walk to town and visit family. We found it a little weirdly set up with things we didn't need, the steamer, the steps, the printer. But we couldn't use the oven - it smoked and the shower was bizarre and we could have used some instructions as it just wouldn't get to a comfortable temperature. We were also a bit put off by the dirty sponges left in the bathroom. Dont think we would stay there again."
