"This is a terrible place for a person expecting a good nights sleep in a clean environment. I ended up staying in what felt a converted shed. It was cold and damp. The bedding felt wet to sleep in as it was so damp. I ended up sleeping in my t-shirt i was so cold. The pillows where brown and dirty. The carpet had not been hovered. The electrics tripped 3 times and i had to keep putting the switch back up. The tv didnt work. I had to keep getting up to use the buttons on the tv itself. The screen...

"Room 5. Absolutely awful, filthy floor not been hoovered for months, dirt everywhere, wouldn't even touch the kettle! Shower is full of mould and there are urine and stains under the toilet seat. Pillows completely stained brown, dirt/fluff on the sheets and on the top of the duvet. Obviously not been cleaned in months! Needless to say we went somewhere else to sleep, absolutely disgusting! Hotels.com you should be ashamed of yourselves listing this accommodation!"

"An extremely warm welcome set the tone for my visit, yea and cake to start off with. First class service delivered by the marvellous hosts. A very well appointed room and en-suite bathroom. A fantastic house with a spectacular spacious garden. Minutes away from the Bird in the Hand pub and restaurant. I will be back for future visits to my family in the area.
