"Great location, 15mins walk to tianfu square and and Huacheng mosque where you can get halal food. The room is spacious, and clean. Comes with kitchen, utensil and washing machine. Connected to small mall. The staffnos helpful."

"I'm so glad I chose to stay at this hotel. Excellent on every single aspect and I honestly can't really think of anything negative. Room is very clean and cosy and has a great view of the main road and IFS. Staffs are super friendly, professional and responsive. Breakfast and the lounge happy hour awesome!!! If I ever come to Chengdu again (I definitely will it's such a great city!), I will for sure stay at Grant Hyatt Chengdu again!"

"Rooms come with washing machine and detergent provided too. Breakfast had a good spray. Hotel located right above Chengdu Raffles City with no bothersome on choices of food. Outer of the hotel/mall are having mrt construction, hence walking to mrt station can be slightly tedious but is no big fuss for such short distance."

"Mostly is good, but I don’t know why their staff make a wrong information told me two nights but only offer one breakfast, it is wasted my time to double check with the website for this, very bad experience and I will think not book the room from the site"
