"Everything was perfect. Really need to give a big shout out to Corey who did the check in at the Venetian for my stay at the Palazzo. I got in at 5pm. My room , wasn't ready at the Palazzo. So Corey set me up with a different room. It was lucky he did that, because I didn't get a notice that my room was ready until eight p m."

"Very chill vibe. Staff all super friendly. Off strip so quiet and no crazy lights in windows, but close enough for a nice walk to the strip if wanted. All the restaurants had amazing food! Loved the availability of some of our favorite games. The room was beautiful and clean. We will definitely be back! I think we've found our new favorite place to stay in Vegas!"

"I cannot believe I never did a review for this from when me and my now husband eloped in Vegas and stayed at the Waldorf Astoria! Better late than never I guess! We actually stayed the week of July 19, 2023 and unfortunately they were undergoing renovations so that was an little inconvenient because whenever we left our room, we couldn’t just take the elevator right down and out. We had to take 1 elevator down and then walk all the way through the hotel to get to the exit. LOTS of walking...

"I had a great experience during my stay. Jeremy the evening attendant was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me get my bearings. The rooms and lounge area are very clean and the hotel is very quiet. It almost feels like you aren’t just a couple blocks away from the Vegas strip. If you are looking for a quite place near the bright lights of Vegas this is it. "
