"Overall very nice. With a kitchenette, there was nothing in silverware, plates, napkins, tissue, paper towels or anything like that. Maybe that is unreasonable to expect there would be anything other than clean bare cupboard and mini fridge. It also had a comically tiny “dining table” (I am assuming that’s what it was?). Maybe 2 feet long and a foot wide?"

"Staff not friendly Room smelled. Beds really hard. The hot tub looked like full of pee and a weird neon green color. Breakfast sausage and omelettes looked like mircowaved too long and not edible. The waffle maker was great but line too long we left and got breakfast elsewhere. Worst part was all the people on drugs around buliding looking like zombies. We left after 1 night"

"$10.00 a day to park. I don’t recall seeing that about the hotel in description on your website. The hotel is near a busy highway. I was in a ground floor room in the middle of the main building. It was a little noisy for me. I live in a very quiet area. A room at the back of the property might be better choice. The whole property was very clean and maintained. "

"The hot tub was VERY dirty, there was a thick film around the entire top of the tub. While I understand leaves from the tree, the pool was also dirty. The sauna was not in working order. Our room also had cleanliness issues in the bathroom, like a dirty shower and walls in the bathroom. "

"The hotel was decent overall. I will say the lobby felt more modern compared to the Hyatt. We only stayed one night and had an event before 2 PM, so we requested early check-in, but they weren’t able to accommodate us due to how busy it was. The room itself was fine—nothing special—but the hallways had a noticeable cigarette smell. Our bathtub looked worn down, and when we tried to turn on the water, there was barely any flow. We attempted to contact the front desk but didn’t get a response....

"The room is kind a small and old"

"The room was simple, neat and clean, and the bed was quite comfy. What really stood out to us, though, was how incredibly kind all of the staff were. We were greeted as we checked in, greeted any time we passed staff - everywhere we turned there were friendly employees eager to answer questions or give directions. It was so very nice. On top of that, the breakfast provided in the morning was delicious - sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, cereal, yogurt, fruit, juice, and a make-your-own-waffle...

"Honestly the WORST experience I’ve ever had at a best western. Tried checking in at 430pm. Was told by the front desk person Hayk, that our room wasn’t ready and will not be ready for another hour. When I asked why he proceeded to say well we’re fully booked… doesn’t make sense because so I reserved a room also… so it’s fully booked which includes my room!
