"The staff was great. Friendly and helpful! The property is clean and easy to get to from the interstate, great location downtown. Close to the Aquarium and a lot of good restaurants as well as Coolidge park. Onsite restaurant was great, water front overlooking the Tennessee river with a huge patio and open air dining room and bar. Breakfast is included and parking is free if you have a permanent disability license plate. Overall I had a good stay "

"We got in pretty late (12-1AM) and the front desk guy was so friendly. When I asked about potentially checking out late, he signed us up as a member to get this perk and noted our late check out. Didn’t catch a name but he had a septum nose piercing. Beds were extremely uncomfortable and pillows too. We loved that there was a black out option for the window/pull down curtain. Breakfast was okay but I wont complain, we did get there late so it wasn’t as fresh lol. But lots of options though! And...
