"Hotel looked much better on pictures. Rooms are in need of renovation, especially the doors and bathrooms. AC / clima system didn’t work properly, the room got very hot in the night and there was no possibly to cool down. The fan was only making a loud noise but there was no air actually coming out. Positive part was that the room was clean and water boiler and a Nespresso machine were available. "

"The male receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful. Almost threw my phone back at me after fixing a problem that he had caused. Then told us there were restaurants 200 metres away. Breakfast was very limited - if things ran out they didn’t replace them, and the server started clearing things away half an hour before finishing time.
