Sets the standard for hospitality

Extremely pleasant people at the hotel, always welcoming and positive - giving everyone a nice feeling. Only drawback was that the aircondition was not able to keep the room at a decent temperature. Only a short drive to city centre with lots of free parking places.

The hotel is located by the main shopping estate in the area, not exactly in Cognac but easy enough to drive into Cognac on one straight road. Wifi is not very well connected. I used it in the common dining area. Breakfast is fine. Parking is ample. Communal kettle by the entrance did not go down well for me. I have to fetch water from my room to fill the kettle and boil it in the public area. Not great value for money but is acceptable and adequate for a stopover.

Très mauvaise expérience avec cet hôtel. Suite à une erreur de système, j’ai été prélevé deux fois pour une seule nuit. Après avoir contacté l’établissement, on m’a redirigé vers un responsable (M. Peaudeau) qui n’a plus répondu à mes mails ni réglé le problème. J’ai ensuite tenté de passer par le service client du groupe Accor, sans plus de succès pour le moment... Résultat : double prélèvement, aucun remboursement, et un service client inexistant. Vraiment décevant pour un établissement de ce groupe.

Dommage pour l’insonorisation de ma chambre d’où l’on entendait les claquements de porte et autres allers et venues du couloir, la salle de bains n’était pas en très bon état, faux plafonds soulevés laissant passer petits insectes…

Tout était parfait. La gentillesse et l'énergie des équipes. Le confort. Le petit déjeuner. La piscine. Le fait de laisser la piscine plus longtemps ouverte du fait de la canicule... Il y a quelque chose de vivant dans cet hôtel et ça donne envie d'y retourner quand on sera à nouveau dans le coin.

Accueil très chaleureux et chambre propre. Un petit déjeuner digne d’un 4****. Un parking gratuit très appréciable. Je conseille cet établissement même si la situation en pleine zone industrielle n’est pas top. Nous n’avons pas eu le temps de profiter de la piscine
