"They got all the things we asked for with a smile and thank you. I'm sorry I don't get the name of the small framed woman who served the breakfast. She give excellent service. Was so kind, and accommodating. We had a very good and restful time. From the front door all of your employees were great. We will visit again. Thnk them for making us feel at home away from home. "We had a wonderful experience at this property. A lovely older home with loads of charm. Located in the town’s historic district, it was easy to walk to a local restaurant for dinner. The owner provided clear and easy to understand instructions. It had everything we needed and would happily stay here again."

"Bed and bathroom were clean - I'm thankful for that. Floor was dirty, but I wear shoes so I dealt with that. But the property could've been safer. The windows in my first floor room opened and would not lock, so I had to sleep unprotected right next to the parking lot with all the construction trucks. I asked the front desk clerk who said they 'shouldn't open', but I had already slid them open myself. I'm a female traveling alone and shouldn't have been placed in the first room next to the side...

"We were told upon arrival that we could not test in the room we booked due to a water leak and mold. Moved to another room that also had mold. Decided to cancel the stay after seeing this. Reached out to oyo as well as Expedia. Expedia was helpful on reaching out to staff about the cancellation policy and a refund. I was told they waived the cancellation and would issue a refund since we provided proof of mold. Nothing has since been processed and I am unable to contact anyone."

"Our experience was horrible. Bathroom was disgusting and even found a used bandage in the bed sheets. When brought to hotel’s attention, nothing was done. We even had Expedia get involved and still nothing has been resolved or even attempted."
