the room was EXCELLENT, the staff was EXCELLENT. The only downside was $35 parking a day, but the experience of the hotel was well worth it. 10/10 would recommend.

Sonesta Charlotte Lower South End
Charging the guests $16 for parking is ridiculous. The construction and not having more access to get to the rooms was also a bit aggravating. We didn't try the breakfast bar or regular bar.
