Walked into room, it smelled. Chair was filthy and room had one half used roll of TP. Surfaces in kitchen had been wiped, as you could see streaks of filth. AC in bar/eating area was out in main floor. Which made it kind of miserable to be there. It has location working for it next to Spectrum ...

Upon Check In, the 1st room had blood stains on a pillow. I was given another room, and it had a stain on the bathroom floor and the air conditioner smelled like vinegar with cookie pieces broken up in the vent and carpet was lifted in one area. Also had tiny food particles on the floor
