It was a last minute booking but everything was ready on time, we met a friendly receptionist who helped us with all we needed. The room was great, xomfortable, clean and quiet. Really enjoyed our stop in Hyat House Charlotte.

Great staff! Good Value!

Staff were super friendly and helpful! Breakfast was pretty decent. Coffee in your room was convenient. Room was a great size and design. Carpets in hallway were old and there were some repairs happening. So it is not the most aesthetically pleasing hotel, but it was a really good value.
