"Bartenders and housekeeping staff are friendly and rooms are clean. As hotel I was not happy to discover I had to hall my luggage up 3 flights of stairs. At 68, an offer of help would have been nice. Phone in room wouldn’t front call desk, and I had to tighten toilet seat bolts to make using it less adventurous. Lighting is poor, and 2 people sitting up in bed causes the mattress to slide of the end. Experience was less than I expected given the brand. "

"We had a wonderful stay here. Breakfast was delicious. Assorted pastries, quiche, fruit, overnight oats, coffee. All wonderful. We stayed in the Beach House on the 2nd floor. It was like a little apartment. Beware though. If you have any issues walking steep stairs you may want to stay on the ground floor. There are no elevators so this was a bit difficult but we were able to manage. There is no front desk, so you need to check in via text which was fine. They could have been a little more...
