Very rude staff, uncomfortable beds,both laundry didn't work the whole week. Only 3 channels..housekeeping demanded multiple times to get in my room. Clock watches me.saying 45 min im locking you out..change the rates then try an charge additional 60 for being late when no one answered phone for 2 hours an couldn't use no other card but on file or cash seems.odd

Overall it was nice. However, wearing white socks on the floor turned them black. I cleaned the floors multiple times to ensure they were clean.

The manager on property was very pleasant and this is an older property that could use some updating. The location is about a 15 to 20 minute commute to MUSC. The area is relatively quite and close to most stores. The room looked clean, but it had a smell and the bottom of my feet were black after walking on the floor without shoes. You must supply everything from cookware, dishes, eating utensils, to cleaning supplies.

Noisy beyond belief. If your fine microwaving meals you’re fine. They provide NO kitchen utensils and the only thing housekeeping does is change your sheets. They won’t even replace toilet paper!

Yes, the staff is great. If there is a problem, they will take care of it. It is however, difficult to get in touch with someone at the front desk. They always seem to be absent during open hours, so one needs to plan accordingly. For this being such a busy area, the property seems pretty secure. The manager gave me an upgraded room as soon as I got here and I've kept that room do to it being in the back of the building and being very quiet. I enjoy the stay for the price relative to the area is very good.

Best Option For Weekly Stays

I booked this hotel and please please don't believe some of the negativity posted. First off Kim the manager was so professional and helpful. Not one time was she ever rude towards me..she was accommodating me but still has a job to do, keep in mind we all work and follow company rules right (well some of us) thats all she was doing..her job. I can honestly say my room had no roaches at all and I've stayed for 3 weeks. If I ever need to return, I will book here..staff was nice (a guy works there also I forgot his name and he was very helpful and professional) book yall wont be disappointed and the price is best in town!

If you run out of clean towels you have to pay for more and you have to pay for pots and pans. They had to bring us a new refrigerator because the one we had was broken. Emergency exit alarm kept going off. No maintenance on weekends. Wi-Fi sucked, tv stopped working at 3am. Staff wasn’t very helpful

I recommend you only stay in the front of the building. All other areas seemed loud and unsafe at night. No weekly housekeeping as stated on the website and reservation forms. Stated the housekeeper was on medical leave and no arrangements were made for coverage. Repeatedly asked, over 5 weeks, for the kitchen faucet to be fixed, but property managers made excuses every time. So that was unusable. They have no consistent management on site - substitute managers passed the buck. The on-site maintenance guys were the only people who showed much energy to help. But they had limited resources.

Staff was defensive, even during check in. Unlike the pictures, there are no pots, pans, plates, etc. room cleaning, as said in check in and on the contract was supposed to come weekly. After two times of not cleaning, I asked the office and told me it was by request only.

The manager did not understand that she works in the hospitality industry. Our reservation was not ready. We waited for two hours to be checked in. She was rude when I asked her why. The wifi didn't work, and she was of no help. She cancelled our key card the day before we were scheduled to leave and again we had to wait for two hours to get into our room. She needs to hire competent help because the office is advertised to be open from 11AM to 7PM but usually no one is there.
