"The best part of this motel is the safety! All rooms and parkings are gated, especially in this unsafe and limited street parking town! The Rooms are clean and spacious! Although no breakfast provided and no microwave, it’s easy to find a place to eat in a walking distance. With this price in Oakland Broadway, this is a nice place to stay. I will stay in this place next time when I come to Oakland. "

"This is a nice hotel in downtown Oakland with plenty of food options surrounding the location. Pay attention to the room sizes. It was smaller than I expected."
