"The photos are misleading and deceiving, you are staying in a new barn conversion and nothing to do with the Chateau and paying a PREMIUM. You cannot even go into the Chateau area and house as the family lives there. ALL photos of the Chateau should be removed as this gives you a false impression that you are staying in the chateau or able to visit. All rooms are in the new converted barn and nothing to do with the Chateau. The location is not close to Le Mans, it cost over sixty Euro to travel...

No one around when we arrived. Had to wander the grounds looking for someone to check us in. We were offered a soft drink when the lady finally arrived. Never met the owners during our two days stay. We presumed they must be on holiday. Previous reviews were not the same as our experience. "
