Nice place close to beach and restaurants

We spent a nice relaxing week at the Sea Side Apartments. The pool-area where practically on the beach, and the breakfast-buffét was delicious.

Top hotel!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Direkte Strandlage, gepflegte und saubere Poollandschaft mit toller Strandbar. Sympathisches Personal, super Frühstück für den Start in den Tag! Der Strand ist sauber, das Wasser warm und es waren immer genügend Liegen zur Verfügung. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell im wunderschönem Chania und man kann viel andere kleine schöne Strände abklappern. Die Besitzerin ist sehr sympathisch und hatte immer einen kleinen Geheimtipp parat. Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub!

Classic sea-side experience

Beach lovers dream. Back of hotel faces the pool which in turn faces the sea-side restaurant and the beach with complimentary sunbeds is beyond that.The breakfasts were outstanding and eaten outdoors viewing the pool and the beach. Wonderful! Our room was spacious and clean with a good bathroom - not overly stylish but well serviced. Wifi was consistently good. Not so many restaurants in the immediate neighbourhood but there are plenty about 1km away towards Agia Marina centre.

Pretty nice spot in Kato Stalos

Hey, me and a friend were staying at sea side apartments for one week beginning july- 2017. It' s a really nice spot with nice staff. The rooms were always clean- thats for me the most important thing to be honest. You get your towels, have AC, a hairdryer some washing supplies etc.. I dont need more. The breakfast was really good - I always appreciate fresh fruit, yoghurt and cereals. There was a lot more ... you can trust the hotel pictures on the website ;-) Many Restaurants nearly. We had a great time there. The poolbar staff was always welcoming us in a friendly way and always happy to give some recommendations. Thx for that. All in all, we had a great time

Lovely apartment, shame about busy road.

We stopped in a superior 1 bedroomed apartment on the top floor. The apartment itself was excellent and has a modern bathroom and comfortable beds. There are 2 balconies, one overlooking the pool with a panoramic sea view which was my favourite spot. Unfortunately the other balcony faces out onto the main coastal road which runs straight through the centre of Stalos. I didn't realise how busy this road was when I booked the holiday and probably wouldn't have booked here had I of known. There is a steady stream of traffic day and night which makes crossing the road difficult and is very noisy. It's a shame that this put a dampener on our experience because I couldn't fault anything else. The whole apartment block was kept spotlessly clean and air conditioning and safe were included in the price.

Fantastic 5nt Stay .

Excellent accommodation :- very modern , clean , well laid out & in an absolutely great location right on the beach front . Lovely pool area with loads a sun loungers & a great choice at breakfast including scrambled eggs & bacon plus the usual continental products . €35 in a taxi from/to airport which reception sorted for us. Bars & resaurants nearby or €1.80 for the local bus into Chania center. Will Defo book here again .

Schönes Hotel in unmittelbarer Strandnähe

Man wurde freundlichst gegrüßt, unser Zimmer hatte eine kostenlose Klimaanlage in zwei Zimmern. Das Bad wurde erst neugemacht. Unser Baby hat extra ein Babybett bekommen. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig. Der Pool ist Sauber. Die Strandbar lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Strand ist unmittelbar direkt am Hotel, die Liegen sind kostenlos.

Pleasant Seaside Accommodations

Rented a room for an overnight stay while passing through Crete. The hotel was very reasonably priced, room was clean and comfortable. The facilities due show some age but have been well kept overall. Nice pool with seaside cocktail bar and lounge chairs on the beach. Overall very pleased with the staff and my experience.

A great little find

A thoroughly nice hotel situated right next to the beach in an uncrowded position. Far enough from the main 'busy' part of the strip but close to good restaurants and other facilities (one of the best restaurants on the strip, 'Bruschetti', is just over the road. Stephanie and Manolis, the owners and theirs sons George and Stephan are the model hosts and always really friendly, ready for a chat and to offer advice. Anna organises and provides the breakfasts which were just perfect. A great selection of delicacies, copious great coffee and always delivered with a beaming smile, what more could you ask? Paris and Sofia, who run the pool bar are also wonderful and will keep the bar open, at night, as long as guests want to stay and as the bar is near to the sea, at the other side of the pool area, there is no noise to affect the hotel guest rooms. Sofia provides very good home-cooked food during the day and Paris' cocktails are always a delight (unless you have too many!). Our room was spotless and nicely appointed. The thick double glazing keeps any noise out of the room, especially for those rooms that face towards the road. Al in all we are glad that we chose to stay, and although we were one of the few Brits staying there (mainly Scandinavian guests) we met many friendly faces, whose English was a million times better than our Swedish or Norwegian!

Splendido hotel a due passi dal mare

Bellissima esperienza per la prima volta a Creta, la proprietaria la signora Stephanie e' gentile e disponibile, purtroppo avevamo prenotato all'ultimo momento e l'unica stanza assegnatoci era al piano seminterrato e quindi un po' buia e rumorosa perché è posizionata verso la strada. La pulizia della stanza e il cambio asciugamani giornaliera, inoltre grazie alla disponibilità di tutto il personale, ci siamo sentiti a casa e reso questa vacanza indimenticabile. Ci ritorneremo l'anno prossimo, lo consigliamo a tutti.

ottimo hotel per la spiaggia,la bella piscina e i servizi vari.unica nota negativa la posizione della nostra stanza che si trovava dalla parte della strada con conseguente rumore fastidioso.consiglio senza dubbio il soggiorno in questo hotel ma suggerisco di prenotare le stanze rivolte verso il mare.

Pleasant Stay by the Seaside

Enjoyed my stay except for their very small shower which made it impossible to use. If you're wide, quite broad or very tall it'll be problematic. Otherwise it was very pleasant for a 2 star hotel. Friendly staff, plentiful breakfast, lovely location and very clean with easy street parking.
