Short walk from the nearest drop off possibilities for cars/taxis made it a smooth arrival and departure. Steep stairs to get to any room is a point to consider. Amazingly kind and helpful staff who helped arrange airport transfers and taxis for multiple occasions and fixed a minor drain issue in the bathroom right the next day after being asked about it. Perfectly located at the hot spot street for food and the staff gave great recommendations for food, mini markets and much more.

Great place to stay right in the middle of old town, high stairs if that's a problem, no parking near by, very clean rooms and friendly service, room on the smaller side, great balcony, would recommend this place to stay and explore all the nearby attractions, great recommendations about local entries by the host, would stay here again next time visiting. Recommended for couples.

Great location in the heart of Chania. Well isolated and relatively quiet room at night considering it’s on a lively street. Comfortable bed and nice shower. It wasn’t always clear when the reception is available in person, the hours seemed random? but we could reach them via WhatsApp.

The room was excellently located and a very good price. It was spotless and the staff were friendly. I arrived after hours and was given good instructions for accessing the keys and room. There is a cheap restaurant breakfast you can purchase while staying. I’d stay again.

The room was very clean and comfortable and had everything I needed. Great bathroom and shower. Comfortable bed. Kind, helpful staff. The area around the property was wonderful, with plenty of restaurants and tourist sights within walking distance. The one thing that was a bit difficult was the fact that there is no elevator, so you have to haul your bags up multiple flights of stairs. Otherwise, an excellent stay.

Location is amazing! Right in the heart of old town. The cleaning lady is so friendly and welcoming. All reception staff were very helpful. Rooms are really modern and clean. The communal stairs are quite steep so if you’re not very mobile you may struggle. It’s a really busy street but the windows were really good and kept the sound out. Would stay here again!
