"We rented the villa with 4 bedrooms and pool. I traveled with my husband and 2 kids We had plenty of space. I felt very safe when walking around at night alone or with my kids. Center of town is 30 minutes walking but it is very easy to get a taxi and inexpensive Fast internet Many dinning options near by. "Staff was wonderful. Check in and check out was easy. I could rent a motorbike from them for 250 baht per 24 hrs. Pool was great to have. Once the road at that main intersection is fixed, I'm sure the stay would be easier. I used it as a point to go to different parts of island. Kata beach was nice. Patong was crazy..oversaturated with stores and tourists. The roads along beach and to Big buddha were winding and with uphills and downhills. Be safe. Oh...and right down the street...

"This is a unique and beautiful resort. It is like staying at a museum with service. The rooms are kept spotless, daily maid service. Breakfast is included, and very good.
