"From check in to check out everything was perfect 👌 Free undercover parking, a few refreshments, fudge and a beautiful room with our own split system air conditioning. Staff member Paquita was extra helpful by changing our room to one near the lift as I was on crutches then surprised us with a bottle of wine and chocolates as it was my husband's birthday. "This is our second stay at this hotel. Its rooms have been modernised but still show a hint of their earlier days which is a look I like. Great shower and small kitchen area for a morning wake up cuppa. Heaps of restaurants nearby and of course the bars downstairs. Even though the rooms are above the bars it’s not noisy at all. "
