"Great communication with Joseph and his team as we neared our arrival time. We were met right away outside and escorted to our room. Instructed on how to use the codes for entry and exit during our stay, and introduced to the housekeeper and shown coffee lounge. "I stayed at the Hotel Kaplan for a three week study program which was a 15 minute walk away. The rooms are clean, comfortable and provide you with the essentials, nothing more. "The hotel is in the Arab quarter of Jerusalem, which means that shops and restaurants are open on Fridays and Saturdays. The reception staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. No complaints about the room or condition. Rooftop swimming pool would be great when the weather is warmer. Nearby there is the wonderful Armenia Ceramic Workshop, perfect for gifts.
