"This is the second time at this hotel. The staff are helpful and friendly. The beds while spotless were a little hard and uncomfortable, the breakfast was extra and average, although a variety of cereal and yogurt not much in the way of fruit to add to it , just a little chopped pineapple and nothing else, the cooked breakfast was adequate but lukewarm. I would stay here again. "

"This B&B is exceptional, full of character, spacious, clean, welcoming, run fantastically well by a lovely family - I highly recommend. The full English breakfast was exceptional and served by the granddaughter so lovingly and efficiently. Will be staying again every time in the Stockport area from now on. I want to live there permanently now !!!! "

"Friendly welcome from staff. Room was basic but clean and well presented. A welcome bag with toothbrush and snacks was a nice touch. I used this hotel as it was 15 minutes drive to MAN airport and I would recommend it."

"Lovely quiet hotel with everything you need. It was very hot in my room but it was the hottest days of the year during my stay and thankfully it cooled down at night. Shower was great. Staff were friendly. 20 minutes walk from stockport town center so ideal location"

"Carol was fantastic and the room was exactly what we needed for a wedding in the area. Comfortable bed and was able to get early check in. Fantastic tasty breakfast with good staff and banter. Thank you xxx"

"Personally did exactly what it said on the tin, perfectly suitable for my needs and cost during visit, My sister and niece made more use of the utilities(Pool. spa etc) and they loved it. When I return to Manchester, definitely will be staying, hopefully a bit longer and use utilities"

"Nice hotel, lovely check in and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Bed extremely comfortable. Excellent position near to tram stops and lots of food places. Restaurant and Starbucks in the hotel. We went to an event at the Coop live and it was perfect, as we left there were queues a mile long to go back into the centre of Manchester but nothing coming out to the village hotel, glad we chose this one. "
