"It was our family vacation, and we all had an amazing time at this resort! Everyone was super happy with our stay. On our last night, the resort surprised us with a complimentary dinner — the food was delicious! The staff were friendly, helpful, and very responsive. If you have a rental car, you can conveniently drive and park right in front of your room, which was a big plus for us. Each room also has a balcony, and you can see the volcano right from your bed first thing in the morning — absolutely breathtaking!"
