"All ok"

"Very bad service. Rude front desk staff. You’re only allowed 1 towel, cup, water bottle, coffee kit per day and everyday you have to go to the front desk to ask for it. Same breakfast everyday. If you need an iron or hair dryer you also have to request it at the front. The pool is so small and there’s not a whole lot of parking. There’s only 2 elevators that are tiny. Only four people allowed max, and one of them would stop working every single day we were there (9 days). We were lucky not to get stuck. The only nice person there was the cleaning lady that came to clean our room. She always made sure everything was nice and tidy. Overall would not recommend this hotel. It had good reviews but it was not at all what I was expecting. "

"Las habitaciones no están debidamente acondicionadas la limpieza no es buena, duermes entre cucarachas la verdad 0/ de 10 no lo recomendaría. Además no respetan la tarifa anunciada en la app."
