"El aire acondicionado estaba desconectado para ahorrar pero en pleno abril hace calor y yo venia con toda la piel quemada del sol de madrid y no pude dormir bien. Entiendo que muchas personas no lo usarian en esta fecha pero hay clientes que si."

"Hotel was basically good - clean Downside — month of April still considered winter and there is no air conditioning — had to sleep with windows open at night — there was noise from highway late into the night Too hot in Madrid in April to be without air conditioning Otherwise staff was helpful"

"The AC isn't working right, and when I called reception, they told me to open the window for fresh air. I emailed the manager but never heard back. I even spoke to her, and she confirmed the AC is broken and they're short-staffed (I had to go down to pick up an iron myself). Plus, there's no parking lot, so you have to find a spot on the street."

"Excellent séjour ! Nous avons réservé 3 nuits pour participer aux 10km de Madrid et tout a été parfait ! Nous sommes venus de Bordeaux, le personnel a été très agréable et accueillant, établissement chaleureux et très propre tout comme les chambres. Il manque juste un petit frigo dans les chambres pour pouvoir y ranger bouteilles d'eau, boissons etc au frais. Nous reviendrons !"

"I was unable to go into the property i waited outside the property gate for almost 20mins in the cold thankfully a guest who was headed out opened the gate and that was how I was able to get into the properties concierge. And the WiFi kept disconnecting from my devices all the time I have to keep reconnecting over again from time to time. And then 3 days to the end of my stay at the property my room keys stopped working I went and on my way back on getting to the property my key didn’t work I...
