"1-no hubo agua tibia para bañarme por problemas de electricidad y me dio un espasmo por el agua fría apenas me estoy componiendo 2- yo estuve 4 noches y no cambian las tollas diario no se si las sábanas y lo digo pq las marque creo que si uno está más tiempo deben hacer el cambio diario y más pq se queda uno.mas.dias .Tuve que pagar medico para mi espasmo ? alguien me regresa algo para este gasto extra hotel o expedia y a mi parecer la habitación muy chica espero respuesta .El ultimo dia ya...

"My wife and I had an amazing 4 nights stay at Tiffany Hotel. Came here to see the Tikal, the lost world. Near the airport. Lots of Tuktuk. Nice and clean hotel. Pool was small but functional. Aroma resto on 2nd flr served great food. Staff are friendly especially miss Johnny. Highly recommend Tiffany hotel to everyone and you will enjoy your stay here. "

"Einziges Manko: WLAN schwach bis unbrauchbar in meinem Zimmer. Ich hatte ein Eckzimmer; möglich, dass das WLAN in Zimmern nahe der Rezeption stabiler ist. Ansonsten war das Zimmer sauber und das Bett bequem. Leider etwas Schimmel an der Decke, was wohl durch die extrem hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit schwer zu vermeiden ist. Sehr positiv ist die Klimaanlage zu bewerten, denn ohne sie bei dem Klima sonst nicht auszuhalten"

"Staff was helpful, nice hot water as well. Only complaint was that they closed the pool early ,😭😭 and it was so nice and cool especially with the hot water. They explained that they needed to put chemicals in the pool but I'd suggest that atleast if guests are there using the pool, maybe super early morning would be better. At night, there's nothing better than relaxing in the pool."

Very close to small grocers, gifts shops and delicious, cheap street tacos. 5 minute walk to activity pick up point. Kind and friendly staff, great little cafe that claims to be owned and operated by women, great bar and decent (though expensive) restaurant with the same view as the rooms. "Es cerca al aeropuerto pero es un poco complicado llegar al hotel porque està ubicado dentro de un condominio cerrado. . Es mejor solicitar que lo recojan. La habitacion estuvo impia, las camas amplias y hay ventilador para dormir fresco. El petsonal muy amable y colaborafor, nos trasladaron al aetopuerto. "

"Well located, nice A/C in the room. The front desk staff were extremely helpful. I think this was the best feature of the hotel. We felt safe and well taken care. One of the pools was not open which not a as a bummer. But overall it was a good experience."
