"One of the top hotels I have ever stayed. The service was nothing less than exceptional. The Reserve was the high end room in this hotel and it was worth every penny. We felt like royalty. From the greeting on the airport tarmac to the wonderful checkin. The housekeeping staff was so amazing. We have really never had this level of perfection in any other place we have stayed. "We thoroughly enjoyed our 7night stay at The Residence (30/8/25-5/9/25) and would definitely recommend. The apartment was modern, clean, very roomy, bedroom, 2 bathrooms, lounge area, dining area, a very well equipped kitchen and balcony. Staff were welcoming and friendly.
