"All Staff were incredibly lovely and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel in general was lovely and in a great location. The cleaning staff could pay a little more attention when cleaning the rooms but other than that, it was a great stay! Reception staff were wonderful!"

"Property staff quite friendly and speak plenty if languages. Check in was available early and checkout we were able to store our luggage and use all the facilities until we were ready to leave funchal. Breakfast buffet is incredible with plenty of variety and volume. No nuisance birds due to on-site falconry. Would recommend, and return. Stayed with adult friends."

"Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage (ca. 20 Min ins Zentrum zu Fuß) - viele Restaurants in der Umgebung vorhanden. Unser Zimmer war gut ausgestattet und sauber. Jedoch würde ich nächstes Mal kein Zimmer mit Meerblick nehmen, da dort eine große Straße ist, dadurch ist es sehr laut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat eine große Auswahl - es findet somit für jeden etwas (auch Laktosefrei und Glutenfrei)."

Hatten einen kleinen Defekt, welcher innerhalb weniger Stunden repariert wurde. Die Ausstattung des Appartements reicht vollkommen aus. Die Messer könnten erneuert werden"
