Hotel di Central Portola Valley

"Nice location and helpful staff. The room was clean and was exactly what I needed which was a comfortable room while on a business trip."

"It was a nice and clean property. The rooms have a hair dryer and ironing board which makes it easy to do whatever you need for the day. I wasn't aware that there was no elevator and it was a pain to lug big bags up and down stairs. They should make it clear. The last day the water went out and there was no way to take a shower. They put up a sign in lobby expecting people to read it but they could have come around and put one on each occupied room. The phones don't work to call reception...

"the room was very clean and the slippers and robe added another layer of comfort thank you"

"I loved the view of the bank (of the dry creek) in the morning. There were squirrels almost everywhere and one lone rooster striding around searching for food in the leaves. A very good way to start the day!"

"The staff were friendly and rooms were average. Some things around the hotel looked a bit scuffed up or outdated but besides that it was clean. The only issue was the parking. The parking is very limited here and when we got back from dinner all the parking was already full and we had to park on the street."

"Good experience"

"Friendly staff, the hotel was well kept and clean, location was excellent with nearby restaurants within walking distance."

"Breakfast was a bit slow due to an influx of customers. Food arrived cold but could have been tasty. I do love the hotel. It is always top notch."

"Breakfast as expected! Clean rooms"

"Nice Room Upgrade by Front Desk Maria"

"This is our second stay here & we love it. The 2-bedroom is an amazing option for a family with older kids. The property is well-maintained & staff are kind & helpful. I do wish the breakfast was a bit longer on the weekends."
