I went and got my own. Just to come back to find out they had no quarters. Then the front desk clerk asks permission to get change and she told him NO. She said I needed to leave again and get my own change at a different business. The hotel was out of towel and I had to keep asking for pool...

"The hotel was clean. It served its purpose for Derby Weekend. An inexpensive, no frills alternative to the more elegant hotels. There isn’t an elevator. If you are physically challenged, ask for a first floor room. "

"We booked the hotel for the swimming pool already paid for it just to be towed to pool was not working. Seems like all these foreigners. Don’t care about the pools. They’re scared to waste money on it. And I’ve tried to get a refund, but Expedia decided to go with the hotel and wouldn’t give me my 160 bucks back."
