"Hotel is terrible, specially if you with family and kids. We expirenced some folks fighting from one of the room, homeless folks around, roaches in room and broken doors. Absolutely NO for family. We could not sleep there and departed on same day we checked In and booked another hotel."

"The hotel is conveniently located near the highway with plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. Big shout out to the front desk staff who checked us in Wednesday evening! She was super friendly, professional, and hardworking. Unfortunately, we didn’t get her name but she also helped serve breakfast. Breakfast was good, and she made sure everything was stocked and there was enough food for everyone. We also appreciated having different breakfast options on different days!
A few downsides:...

"This hotel is very “mid”. It’s reasonably clean, a little on the dated side, with a mediocre breakfast. Desk staff was not particularly helpful. The price quoted at the desk was $30 more than on Expedia (go with Expedia… they refuse to match the Expedia price). There’s food nearby (chipotle, dq, etc) as well as a dingy looking taco truck permanently in the parking lot. If you’re looking for a cheap hotel, this isn’t the worst choice."

"Expedia is horrible! They didn’t pay my room fee so when I got there at midnight after driving 17 hours I had to go through all sorts of bull crap with Expedia to even get them to pay the room. Even tho it was already paid for. I had the receipt. The hotel also doesn’t say that you have to pay 16 dollars a day for parking so beware of that. The room was nice and the hotel was nice but the unclear situation with both the hotel and Expedia was awful. I won’t return"
