"Trouble with our hot water and shower bathroom black mould at a very unhealthy level
Housekeeping was lovely and helpful so was most of the staff one woman in reception was quite rude to me when I enquired nicely about the shower being hard to use
We won't be back it was not cheap for us and the experience for us was very dissapointing.
I have an auto immune condition and are currently on tablet form chemotherapy and the black mould can trigger a serious health flair for me as I have a...

"We absolutely loved our stay here! We were made to feel immediately welcome and our nervous dog felt right at home. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff were fantastic and friendly throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our meal in the evening and the cooked breakfast was fantastic! Parking was easy and the hotel is located centrally in the beautiful village. We would definitely come back!"

"Stayed for one night after racing at Brands Hatch, 20 yards away so perfect location for the circuit.
Clean rooms are being updated so all smart now.
Friendly staff and plenty of free parking on site.
The Sports bar certainly needs modernisation and drinks prices seem somewhat excessive. £10 Guinness and almost £9 for cider."

"Room was clean just couple small things , table in room needs replacing and towel rail very dusty.
Staff pleasant a couple stood out more than some .
Misinformed first night about me being able to eat in the restuarant .
Breakfast was very nice as was evening meal however as tasty as the starter was £22 was steep for what it was comparing to other 4 or 5 star hotels .
I would come back its minutes from my work so a good place to chill before hand"

"Enjoyed a stay for three days. Staff very willing and helpful. Excellent food. Enjoyed the different areas especially the beer garden when it was warm.
Was woken by the kitchen extract fan at 6am, which probably was due to the secondary double glazing not fitting correctly. Needs some maintenance."

"Better to enjoy your coffee there rather than get it to go. The takeaway cups are so small that you end up throwing away half your coffee. They should offer larger takeaway cups to avoid this waste."

"Very disappointing.
The parking is on-site, but tight and hard to enter especially if people park inconsiderately.
Do not be fooled by the photos of the hallway, the rooms (or at least our “family room”) was extremely dated and frankly like a hostel. Cobbled together furniture that looked like it had been donated and organised very poorly in the room.
The bathroom looked like it may have been renovated in recent years but the shower was filthy, the pedal bin lid fell off as soon as we stepped...
