"The room was specious, with very comfortable bed, large TV, a Nespresso compatible machine and capsules, good air conditioning, very quiet and secure,. The breakfast was good and many options, very close to the metro to the airport, and the centre. The only thing tha3can be improved is to have different days different breakfast, like one day scrambled eggs, one day fried, one day mushrooms the next beans. We stayed 7 days, and having the same breakfast every day, becomes boring. "

"Wonderful hotel and staff, only one small topic was traffic noise which was rather loud in front room. Ear plugs provided but would recommend bringing your own if you are not used to traffic noise. For us everything else in the hotel and Lisbon was so wonderful we did not give it much thought after the first night as we got used to it after 4 nights."

"Amazing hotel. Great amenities. Rooftop pool has gorgeous views over Lisbon. The continental breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had. They also provide a sweet treat and free water daily in the room. We had the double room city view with the king bed and it was quiet. Bed was comfy. 10/10"

"El hotel es muy bonito. Es boutique por lo que prácticamente es todo para ti. La pasamos muy bien en el hotel. Adicionalmente TODO el personal que trabaja ahí es extraordinariamente atento. Tuvimos una complicación en nuestros planes de viaje y no solo nos ayudaron, sino que nos solucionaron todo el problema. Realmente sorprendente. Sino duda el mejor lugar e Lisboa. Lástima que solo tienen 15 habitaciones. "

"This property was in a pretty good location for walking to restaurants and many other things like hop on hop off locations. The young people at the front desk and especially the baggage/room handlers, were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. The rooms were clean and they offered a 5 euro food/drink voucher to not clean the room- eco friendly. We missed the whole light show but caught the end one night. Looked cute from what we saw. We did experience a problem with the thermostat that kept...

"Can’t recommend this property enough! Great family room for a travelling family with a 3 yr old. Shared bathrooms were spotless. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely and fresh. Metro station right opposite front door so easy to access anywhere in Lisbon. Great stay! "

"The property is in a good location. It is very clean. Loved the balcony above wherein you can see the view of the city."

"Good location, near metro station and buses, large comfortable room and bathroom, we even got a room with a balcony. The breakfast was very good. The are some good restaurants near the hotel, we liked “A Parte”."

"This was, by far, one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The walkway was ancient, rundown, and felt downright unsafe. The rooms? Beyond outdated—borderline uninhabitable. To make matters worse, the lift was old, creaky, and felt incredibly unsafe. How this hotel ever received a rating of 8.0 is beyond comprehension. It’s shocking and unacceptable that Hotel.com would allow such a misleading rating to stand. I trusted your platform to guide me toward quality stays, but this was a complete disaster. You seriously let me down this time. Immediate action is needed—both for your customers and your credibility. I’m reconsidering ever using Hotel.com again after this debacle"
