"It' a good option in Mexico city, traditional and cultural environment. Rooms need to be renovated, specially the large ones. Food is great in all the restaurants in the hotel except in the Vip lounge of the 5th floor. How come the coffee is so bad and breakfast is limited for the more expensive rooms. It's more practical and obvious to have breakfast in La Huerta instead of having to cross all the hotel just to have such a poor experience. We ended up paying a good breakfast downstairs in la Hueta where there's a total different experience. As for the staff they are very friendly. I'll come back but will choose the room with no breakfast included to avoid the frustration of the Vip lounge."
