"I liked the ease of check-in and check-out. The room was clean, but the paint on the walls was dingy with stains, and in need of a fresh coat. The furniture is all very old and dated, but perfectly functional. The beds were comfortable enough, but the pillows need an update. "Location, owner feedback and help"

"Note that the elevator entrance only goes to the "lower level" but room numbers in the 100's are on the floor below the lower level, accessible by stairs. Wasn't a problem for us but, anyone who has issues with stairs or mobility, you'd want to make sure your room isn't on that level. The perk for being in the 100's is you can walk out your patio door and the outdoor pool is right there. We did enjoy three nights there. 😊"

Expedia contacted the hotel for refund and no one is answering the email or the phone call. So yeah, I got ghosted."
