"The staff are amazing. Everyone was as helpful as they could be. My only 2 issues were that I booked a room with a balcony and that wasn’t the case when I showed up. Second issue is how warm the room was. I understand that the weather is something you can’t control, but it has to be known that this place has no A/C and the rooms are very poorly ventilated. We had an 11 month old and it was so bad we would need to spend time outside the room for him to cool down. It’s hard to believe we paid over...

"This hotel claimed to have AC, but the AC was barely working in our rooms. In addition, there was a live bug on our bed and the hotel staff was unable to do anything about it. We suspect it was a bed bug. They did not have a mini fridge in the rooms. The staff was nice, but the hotel is far from full service."

"The room was great! The only thing is that the reception is only open from 7:30 - 8:00. We arrived in the morning and dropped our stuff off because the rooms weren’t ready. Then we left for the day to sight see. I did not realize about the time and we got back later then 8;00. They were able to buzz us in and had already taken our bags up to our room but I felt bad they had to do that. Other than that, it was a clean room."

"En general todo bien, la fachada está en reparación y empiezan a hacer ruido temprano, esto lo tendrían que avisar y hacer un descuento pero no lo hicieron, nos tocó justo al lado de nuestro balcón los andamios y la parte que se está arreglando. El personal del restaurante muy amable y bastante bueno el desayuno, muy buena la fruta. Muy bien las amenidades de la habitación, la vista del balcón a uno de los ríos en Interlaken es hermosísima!! "Very nice location. Right in the center of the city. What is very special for us is there are super market and laundry just next to the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpfull for us. would be great if the aircon is cooler. Sadly we stay there when heat wave happen in Europe. So the AC doesnt good enough. Other thing is, would be good if there is fridge on the room. Other than that, i would still reccomend people to stay here."

"Hidden gem! It’s a standard 4 star hotel but the view of the Eiger & Jungfrau mountains is the best! I stayed at room number 113 (level 3) and 021(level 2) both have an amazing view of the mountains. But of course the higher the better. Spacious room and very practical. They recently refurbished almost 80% of the rooms so the pictures in hotels.com portal is the old one. The one I uploaded is their room after refurbishment. Worth every penny I spent! "Half mile walk from Interlaken OST. Breakfast buffet mediocre at best. Bar tender was annoying and didn’t understand English and mixing drinks. Front desk was always helpful. No air conditioning and it was hot for a 3 night stay."

"One of the great hotel we stayed at in the past 18 days in Europe. Staff are friendly. It's near to the train and bus station. It's walkable area. I just wish that their electric drying rack works. They also have stunning view from our balcony."

"The main hotel building is beautiful and well maintained, creating a great first impression. However, the separate apartment buildings where our room was located felt much smaller and did not meet the standards I would expect from a four-star property. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay, and the breakfast was excellent—the highlight of the experience."
