"When we got to our room, we noticed that most of the outlets on the walls did not work. We had to switch the plugs for two of the lamps so they would actually turn on. The only outlets in the bedroom we found that worked were the outlets in the bedside lamps. BOTH bedside and desk phones did not work. Bedside phone rang, beeped a few times and disconnected. "Breakfast quality has definitely went down to where they seem to not care that the food provided doesn't even look edible. Running from kids could be heard all throughout the night. "

"No breakfast at the hotel. It was extra and no need to take a chance. No pool time so can't share anything on the pool area. They had been digging in the parking lot up front and this was muddy. The main problem was elevators. It has 2 elevators and only one working. The elevator working is old and very slow. It's bad and I don't try and stay at hotels again with elevator issues.
